Our company was chosen by Coastal Living Magazine as both the community site and builder for the 2009 Coastal Living Idea House, featured in its November 2009 issue, in our Seawatch at Sunset Harbor community. Coastal Living enthusiasts from all over the country arrived by the thousands during the 13 weeks the nationally-acclaimed home was open for tours, bringing droves of new visitors to the Brunswick County area.
